One contract has been signed between the two parts.
Nepal-Secours makes a loan of two female buffalos for a period beginning on the …………………………………………………………………. (Date of beginning)
Until the …………………………………………………… (End of the contract)
After these date, the two buffalos belong totally to the family.
During the period mentioned above, the family has two main duties:
1/Take care daily about the two buffalos: good meals, skin care, cleaning ground, health care.
2/Each day, the family has to bring the milk of the two buffalos in the place mentioned by us. After control and sale, half the price will be return to the family to support cost of managing buffalos.
If these two conditions are not completed, Nepal-Secours will have the opportunity to take back the buffalos to give to another family.
During the period of loan, Nepal-Secours has the authorization to control these two points and to check the good health of the two buffalos.
This engagement is made with the total agreement of the two parts.
